Personal data provided by you in connection with the registration of an account in the Online Store or in connection with placing an order in the Online Store, will be processed by Nanoformula in order to perform the concluded contract for the provision of electronic services, in particular for the purpose necessary to perform the order made in the Online Store (on the terms set out in these regulations). The legal basis for such processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as “General Data Protection Regulation”). In addition, this data will be processed by Nanoformula for the purpose of marketing its own services (in cases where the law allows the processing of data for these purposes without the consent of the data subject), based on the legal basis specified in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) General Data Protection Regulation.
If a natural person who is an entrepreneur uses the facilitation when filling in the purchase form, which is the possibility of importing other buyer’s data after providing the NIP (tax identification number), data regarding the name, surname, business name, address and telephone number (if it is located in the database) will be downloaded by Nanoformula from the Regon Internet Database of the Central Statistical Office.
Your personal data, to the extent necessary to make a payment via the “Dotpay” payment system, will be made available to the intermediary in making the payment, ie Dotpay Sp. z o.o. ul. Wielicka 72, 30-552 Kraków, Poland. If you choose the option of delivering the ordered Product via a courier company, this company – DHL Parcel Polska sp. Z oo, with its seat in Warsaw (address: ul. Osmańska 2, 02-823 Warsaw), hereinafter referred to as “DHL” – will be entrusted with Your personal data to the extent necessary to deliver the Product, including information used to communicate with you (your telephone number and e-mail address).

Your personal data will be stored by Nanoformula for the duration of the contract for the provision of electronic services concluded as part of the Online Store and after its completion, in order for Nanoformula to implement the rights and obligations resulting from applicable law, including in particular tax obligations.
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to further processing (if the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator), the right to transfer personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but filling in the fields marked as “mandatory fields” is necessary to complete the order in the Online Store and to issue an invoice (if you have chosen such an option).
Nanoformula exercises the highest diligence in the protection of personal data and the right to privacy. All information protection measures used by Nanoformula comply with the protection standards referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation and other generally applicable provisions of law. Personal data sent electronically is secured using cryptographic personal data protection measures (https protocol).

§ 12. Entry into force. Amendments to the Regulations. Final Provisions
The Regulations enter into force on 25/05/2018.
The Regulations may be amended from time to time, and the effective date of the changes will be indicated on the Online Store website. The amended Regulations will apply to orders placed from the date of entry into force of the changes, with the proviso that the amended Regulations will be made available on the Online Store website in a way that allows you to read the amended Regulations in an equally accessible way as in the case of the current Regulations and with the proviso that The customer will confirm that he has read and accepted the amended Regulations before placing the order for which such amended Regulations will apply. The amendment to the Regulations does not have any impact on orders placed before the date of entry into force of the amended Regulations and contracts concluded on the basis of such orders.
In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
